The Ginn Group, Inc. (TGG) knows that our success is a direct result of the hard work, dedication, and talents of our employees. Another of our best, and our first Employee of the Quarter for 2021, is Mr. Mark “Kip” Patridge.
Kip joined TGG in May of 2015 to work on our Enterprise Contracted Logistics Support (ECLS) team at Robins AFB, Georgia, where TGG provides lifecycle logistics support and specialized global Supply Chain Management (SCM) to the U.S. Air Force. Since then, he has proven to be an invaluable employee and has become critical to the continued success of day-to-day operations of the contract. As the team’s designated Traffic Management Officer, Kip is responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed and tracked correctly. While it sounds simple enough, this “Mission Essential” task is complicated and can be very stressful…yet Kip always performs it with a smile. He has received numerous compliments and letters of praise for his willingness to go above and beyond his normal duties to ensure that tasks are completed correctly and on time.
